How It Works

Request your FREE Dental Scrap Refining Pack^™ by completing the form on the right side of this page or you may also call 0800 321 3443. Dental Scrap Refiners will rush you a Refining Pack that includes an insured PREPAID Special Delivery return envelope, a secure pack for your dental scrap and simple instructions.

Collect your gold crowns, bonded crowns, bridges, inlays and platinum foil. Complete the Payment Authorisation Form we send to you (choose Cheque, Cash or same-day Bank Transfer). Place your dental scrap items in the secure pack and send the pack to us in the provided prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery Envelope*.

Your shipment is insured up to £500 at no charge.**

We will verify the value of your scrap on the day it is received. (Royal Mail Special Delivery typically delivers your scrap to our London refinery next business day.) If your items match your online quote*** we will process your payment immediately per your payment instructions.

Payment. Cheque payments are posted to you same day via Royal Mail 1st Class. If you request Cash or Bank Transfer we deduct a £10 processing fee from your payment and send your money within 48 hours of receipt of your scrap. Cash is sent via next-day special delivery. You will also receive a Duty of Care waste transfer note for your records.

* Minimum quantity of 30 Grams of precious metals. If you have less than 30 grams of precious material a charge of £25 will be deducted from your payment.

** If you believe your material is worth more than £500 please pay for extra insurance at the post office.

*** If you use the online quote we will verify your items against the quote and make immediate payment if the quote is within £50 of our valuation. Please note the customer ID# when returning your dental pack. (The customer ID# is provided when you request a Dental Scrap Refining Pack by phone or via this website).
